How Can Mediation Help You?
Gudula uses the form of Alternative Dispute Resolution called Mediation – a cost-effective alternative to potentially expensive and time-consuming litigation.
This is a highly productive way to resolve conflicts that have come to a standstill. It brings together all parties with the mediator to generate possible options. Because it is an inclusive process, a solution can be sought that is best for all and this allows each party to then ‘move on’.
One of the greatest advantages of this process – if you are trying to resolve family law issues and parenting agreements – is that the children usually benefit when the parents can remain able to communicate.
